Early registration deadline for HDIR-2 is September 25, 2012<\/span>.<\/em><\/h4>\n

Registration fee includes: attendance to the lectures and poster session, abstract book, welcome reception, lunch on November 9, and refreshments during coffee breaks.<\/em><\/h4>\n

The Croatian Medical Chamber will award active participants with 18 CME credits, and the passive participants with 15 CME credits.<\/em><\/h4>\n

Students from University of Zagreb will be awarded with 2 ECTS points for poster presentation.<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t
